PTYOCHROMIS .SP "SALMON" (HIPPO POINT SALMON)

Nicknamed the hippo point due to its collection area, this fish being from lake victoria is endangered in the wild due to the introduction of nile carp and overfishing. This fish is also difficult to collect in the wild, due to its habitat being a haven for Hippos, which are known for being extremely aggressive and territorial making collection trips extremely difficult. The are also not widespread bred in captivity so command a hefty price tag.
