A beautiful mildly aggressive highly dimorphic species of mbuna is still fairly uncommon. It has the typical sloped head seen in all tropheops, however males develop blues and reds with sheens much like Peacocks and haps. females and Juveniles are bright yellow, with males taking on their color at around 2-3 inches.
