About Aquarists Across Canada

Aquarists Across Canada (AAC) is a subsidiary of Creatures Pet Store. AAC was created by Billy Smith, a long-time employee and friend of Creatures.

Billy has over 30 years of experience in the fish-keeping hobby and a unique talent for knowing what people want—and what can actually live in their aquariums. While leading the Aquatics Department at Creatures, Billy procured one of the largest selections of quality fish species in Canada.

Specializing in the care and breeding of Rift Lake African Cichlids, Billy has also brought many unique and difficult-to-find freshwater and brackish species to Canada. Of course, you'll find the common community fish here too, but it's the "ooohs," "wows," and "what the heck is that?" fish that make us unique.

Our goal is simple: bring Billy's selection to Aquarists Across Canada and make it easier and more streamlined for Canadian hobbyists to access these fish.
