A polarizing line-bred morph of Frontosa, the Black Widow is sure to generate attention, especially when viewed along side the so called normal types. Purists do no tend to like fish such as the Black Widow, but many enthusiasts rave over this unique looking fish that is not yet easy to find. The basic theme is that these fish lack stripes and instead feature amorphous patches of black that often form a hourglass like shape.
