PERUVIAN YELLOW CORYDORA (Corydoras C123)

The beautiful and uncommonly seen C123 or Peru Yellow Cory is a smaller, undescribed species of Cory found in sandy shallow areas of the Rio Nanay in Peru. A hardy fish, they will do best in relatively soft, acidic water on a fine sand substrate in the aquarium. Like all Cory Cats, they are a shoaling species that should be kept in a group of at least 5-10 fish and will do well with nearly any non-aggressive tankmates.
